History
Tryon Painters & Sculptors was formed in 1968 with 20
members and incorporated in 1972. The Tryon Fine Arts
Center was completed in 1969 but did not include a studio
or gallery. Persistence by Tryon Painters & Sculptors
members found a way for both. In 1987, the Arts Palette
was created and changed its name to Gallery Too in 2006
with the move to the Tryon Fine Arts Center.
