PacJAM’s adult classes will get you started on an instrument or propel you further if you already play. Spring semester meets at Tryon Fine Arts Center on Wednesdays from January 22 to April 23, with Spring Break April 2.

1:45-2:45 – Intermediate Mandolin with Will

Beginner/Intermediate Clawhammer Banjo with Bob

2:45-3:45 – Beginning Sing & Strum – Guitar with Gaye – a great class for learning and practicing your chords and strumming, and singing if you like

Beginner Mandolin with Will – get a solid start in your mandolin playing – both chords and melody – you’ll be playing in no time!

6:15-7:15    Intermediate Sing & Strum with Gaye, Will, & Phil – come play along with some of the best musicians in town!  Gain your courage playing along very simply, or challenge yourself by suggesting songs, taking solos & singing.  All levels of musicians are encouraged and rewarded in this very fun class.
