PacJAM Fest
for TFAC’s Arts Education
Building Community One Tune at a Time!
Music! Dance! Food! Fun—and it’s FREE!
All are invited to join us for an evening filled with traditional songs, dancing and more, hosted by PacJAM, Junior Appalachian Musicians®. Bring your family and friends. Make new friends! And have a great time, because music brings people together like nothing else.
Good Eats!
Drinks and “Name your price” Hot Dogs, sizzling and right off the grill!
Open JAM & Sing in the TFAC Peterson Amphitheater
Are you a musician? Do you like to sing? Bring your instrument and join the fun in an easy jam with Gaye Johnson, Phil Jenkins, and Will Trakas. Or just hang out, tap your toes and enjoy the JAM!
Square Dance & Cake Walk in the TFAC Pavilion
We bring you the do-re-mi and the do-si-do! Put on your dancing shoes for some square dance fun with live music and a caller—a great time for all ages! And this exhuberant game “takes the cake”—literally! It’s similar to Musical Chairs, but in the Cakewalk, when the music stops, if your number is called, you win a delicious, delectable cake!
Admission is FREE. No registration required. Just show up for a great evening of traditional music.
