The TFAC Film Series continues on Tuesday, February 9 at Tryon Theatre and will feature Harold and Maude.

Harold and Maude tells of a wealthy, death-obsessed young man whose chance meeting with an eccentric, free-spirited older woman leads to a transformative friendship and romance, encouraging him to embrace life. This offbeat, darkly comedic love story blends gallows humor with romantic innocence, bolstered by standout performances and a Cat Stevens soundtrack. Initially a box-office failure, it grew into a celebrated cult classic, earning acclaim for its unconventional themes, emotional honesty, and enduring cultural impact.
