Apollo5 is one of Britain’s most dynamic vocal groups. Composed of soprano Penelope Appleyard, alto Lily Robson, tenors Thomas Mottershead and Joseph Taylor, and bass Augustus Perkins Ray, the ensemble has gained acclaim for its exceptional musicality and intimate connections with audiences.

The last fifteen years have seen the singers perform across Europe, the United States, and Asia in such prestigious venues as Wigmore Hall, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Barbican Centre. The ensemble has toured in France and Germany and collaborated with an orchestra in Lisbon and a brass band in Prague.
