Patron Services Manager
The Patron Services Manager provides support to Tryon Fine Arts Center, working primarily with the Executive Director and the public in the areas of ticket sales and customer service. Work involves managing all aspects of the ticketing service.

The small staff works closely with volunteers and a dedicated Board of Directors to bring quality arts experiences to the area and maintains a commitment to fiscal responsibility.
Main requirements for this position are:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Confident computer skills including experience with ticketing platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM Technology, Google Apps; familiarity with CRM technology preferred
This is a part time position, with paid vacation and holidays. Hourly rate is negotiable.
