Regional Artist Project Grant & Taylor Award Applications

Grant Workshop scheduled for July 23.
Application Deadline for the 2019-2020 grant cycle is August 16.

Tryon Fine Arts Centers is partnering with regional and state art agencies to offer the Regional Artist Project Grant (RAPG) for projects completed before June 30, 2020.  The Arts Council of Henderson County is now accepting applications for North Carolina Arts Council Regional Artist Project Grants through August 16.

The grants are intended for individual artists in Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania Counties at any phase of their professional development.  Grants may cover equipment purchases, professional development training, marketing, etc., occurring between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020.

The Arts Council of Henderson County receives grant funding from the North Carolina Arts Council, which is matched by Tryon Fine Arts Center as well as the Transylvania Community Arts Council.

There will be a grant writing workshop on Tuesday, July 23 from 3:30–5pm at The Center for Art and Inspiration at 125 S. Main St., Hendersonville NC.
